All orders ship pre-paid directly from the KinderMats Facility. Freight for your order will automatically calculate based on weight and zip code for delivery. Cases of KinderMats are bulky and ship by dimensional weight, not actual weight. We ship all orders via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS Ground.

Orders will be shipped same-day or the first business day following order placement. Orders should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Customers will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the package.

If package is not delivered or there is an issue with delivery, customers must notify KinderMats via email (service@kindermats.com) or phone call (877) 828-8099 within 5 days to discuss next steps.

NOTE: If KinderMats is not notified by the Customer within 5 days after the shipping company marks items as delivered, no replacement will be sent.
